The Kinesis
The different kinesis:
*Telekinesis- control of objects

*Cyrokinesis- control of ice
*Hydrokinesis- control or rain
*Aerokinesis- control of air
*Electrokinesis- electricity
*Photokinesis- light
*Echokinesis- sound
*Thermokinesis- temperature
*Geokinesis aka Terrakinesis- earth
*Aquakinesis- water

    Telekinesis has facinated people for a long time. Many books and movies such as Dahl's Matilda and the movie Carrie have dealt in such topics. But not just a certain few can acomplish these abilities, everybody can learn how.
     Many people have heard of telekinesis, the ability to move an object with just your mind, but few people have heard of the other kinesis. If you know of one that I've left out, please

How can I become a kinetic?
     Well, if anyone in you family has ever had some ability, your chances of naturally having it are increased. But don't worry if you don't, anyone can harness their natural ability with a little practice and concentration.
Exercises
#1- For the control of fire, like most exercises, you'll need to meditate for about 20 minutes. Light a candle and try to make yourself part of the flame. (In mind.) When you feel connected, try to make it grow bigger and then smaller. Practice making it move whatever way you want. When you are good at that, try making the flame go out. One way to do this is to make the flame go smaller and smaller. Another is to imagine all the atoms slowing down, or a bucket of water poured onto it. From there, try to light it. Don't worry if this won't work for a while, it'll take tons of practice. If you acomplish anything, or if it's not working and you need help,

#2- For the control of ice/water/temperature, let a small bowl of water sit out with a thermometer in it. After meditating for a while, sit in front of the bowl. Imagine the atoms slowing down, or the water getting colder and colder. When you feel that you have made the water colder, check the thermometer. Don't be discouraged if nothing happened, it will eventually. Maybe try heating it up again.
