FBI Agent Tony Viglioni is transferred to Cleveland to work on a serial killer case. The local authorities are not enthusiastic about working with someone from the Bureau and she finds the lack of cooperation frustrating until paired with Assistant Coroner Megan Donnovan, also assigned to the case. Partnered, these two women combine their skills and relentlessly pursue the elusive killer as a bond between them develops and continues to grow.
