Cheese Supper Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Bisquick mix  1 Egg 
1/4 c Milk  1 c 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 
1 tsp. Poppy seeds  2 Tb Butter, melted 

 
Directions:
1. Combine Bisquick, egg, milk and 1/2 cup of the cheese; stir just until moistened.
2. The dough will be stiff but sticky. With floured hands, pat dough evenly onto bottom of greased 9 inch pie pan.
3. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and pour butter over top. 
4. Bake at 400øF for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
    
Tip: A definite cheese flavor. Best served fresh from the oven, but can be reheated.
