13. Do you accept donations and how do we get them to you?
While we always appreciate donations, we do not accept cash gifts at this time. We ask that anyone wishing to make a donation to assist us with the animals we take in do so by either purchasing a gift certificate for us from Herpsupplies.com or by sending a check to our veterinarian earmarked for vet care for the iguanas. Anyone wishing to do this may email us for details and the address of the vet clinic we use.
We also accept donations in the forms of supplies, old aquariums, building materials, old cages, shelvng, etc. anything that can possibly be built into, or used as, an enclosure. If we can't personaly use it, we can get it into the hands of others who can. We have many friends who although they do not take in iguanas, take in other reptiles and lizards. We will also take old light fixtures from fish tanks (working only please) and any other fixture that can be used with a flourescent bulb. |
