The One has been updated to version 3.0

This plugin adds the all powerful blade, The One.  You must complete challenges of heroism and ability if you desire it.

This is not an unbalancer!  So no worries.

Thanks to the people on the TES Forums that helped me with the weapon, stats wise.

Here's a look at the newest model.
I feel this is my best model so far.
