Development client-server Helpdesk subsystem: Questionnaire. An application offers Windows platforms for developing surveys for both internet based and Windows client respondents.

A subsystem has rich-client (Windows Client) to manage and build, testing surveys, used as store SQL Server 2000 database with stored proc., functions and so forth. A Class model, physical data model (database) built with use Rational Rose 2003. As source store � Visual SourceSafe 6.

MY RESULT: Exam passed: 70-228, 70-229. Designed questionnaire subsystem: logical and physical models. Design Class model, database (SQL Server 2000), Windows client.
