1) Please notify your group leader if you will need vegetarian meals during the trip.  Your leader should then contact Diana Garner with the information.

2) The safety of all passengers is very important.  Please do your part by following the listed packing and security regulations to speed the check in process at the airports.  These regulations can be found at the following links: http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/screening/index.shtm http://www.indianapolisairport.com/Travelers/PreparingforTravel/index.aspx

3) Please show respect for the country we are visiting by not wearing "Americana" clothing and items.  Wearing fairly plain shirts is a good idea so we do not attract as much attention.

4) Please give tip money to your teacher/leader prior to the trip.  It is expected that we pay $4-5 a day for our courier and $2-3 a day for the coach driver.  The tip is expected as part of their pay.  10 days for the courier and 3 days for the drive totals to at least $46.  Please give this to your teacher/leader before the trip so he/she can convert it to Euros upon arrival.
