Family is the most important thing in your Kindergartner's life. This month your child will have the opportunity to share a bit about all of you through this Family Tree project.
First, you need to decide what kind of tree you want to create and talk about why you selected this type of tree. For example, you might select a "peach" tree because you are from "Georgia". Next, make your tree using the template provided or supplies of your own. Invite each family member to make a fruit, nut, or leaf (which ever is appropriate) to represent their place on the tree. Also, be sure to put your family name on the front of the tree.

Send the projects in by September ___, so the students can share them with the class.
