The Specific Political Points of
The Blue Dragon Society

1.) The immediate restoration of the Confucian monarchist system as the basis of government and social life in Viet Nam, according to those national traditions passed to us by sacred antiquity.

2.) The establishment of an Indochinese monarchy alliance between Viet Nam, Cambodia and Thailand to promote the restoration of legitimate, benevolent leadership to the rest of Southeast and Far East Asia.

3.) The immediate return of all territory which was illegally ceded by the occupying government in Ha Noi to The People's Republic of China.

4.) The withdrawl of all Vietnamese troops from occupied Laos and the full support of Viet Nam for the eventual restoration of the legitimate monarchy there.

5.) National leadership positions to be based on merit, character and skill and not political party nepotism.

6.) The Communist Party will be banned from any and all activities in Viet Nam in recognition of their intolerance of all other political choices.

7.) The confiscation of all wealth not earned through honest work, particularly that taken by the corrupt and dishonest officials of the occupying regime; all such wealth going to the restoration of the country.

8.) The welfare of the people should be state's primary duty and sufficient reserves should be maintained in order to provide for the needs of the people at all times of crisis.

9.) Solidarity with our northern compatriots such as the Concordia Association of China, the Korean Revival Society, His Holiness the Dalai Lama and all others of traditional viewpoint.

10.) Provision made for old age care.

11.) A complete reform of the educational system to remove political bias and include lessons in the importance of traditional Asian values and civic duty.

12.) A program of national reform to stamp out the corruption of drug abuse, prostitution and child exploitation and instill throughout the country an upright moral attitude.

13.) The army to be placed outside of political influence, all swearing their oath to the emperor and all units including an officer assigned to ensure our righteous values are properly respected by all.

14.) All of the people to work for the general good of the country.

15.) Religious freedom for all people and all spiritual beliefs.
