| This amazing mechanism is known as (I gave it a name) the Quadratic Axilitating Worm Gear Solution. It can provide power to all four axles, at different times, by actually crawling along the 8 tooth gears! I found this mechanism in the book Building Robots with Lego Mindstorms, and made my own design and added instruction steps here so everyone else could build it. You really have to see it to believe it! That’s what they said in the book and they are right! |
