Season 1 Episode 19
A Cardassian in need of medical help arrives at the station and is mistaken for the legendary butcher of Gallitepp who commanded a mining camp where many Bajorans were forced to work for the Cardassians and who was responsible for thousands of Bajoran deaths. However all is not as it seems when information supplied by Gul Dukat reveals that the Cardassian they are holding cannot be who he claims to be.
