James Blair Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, Corsicana, TX
The James Blair Chapter in Navarro County, was organized December 24, 1926 in Corsicana.  We are celebrating eighty two years of service to "God, Home, and Country". We strive to promote the National Society goals: education, preservation of our heritage, and patriotism.

Currently we have 113 members. Chapter meetings are held at 3:00 p.m. on the second  Wednesday of each month from September through May. 

Each regular meeting includes a devotional, ritual, Presdient General's message and a five minute National Defense report.

Current Themes: National Theme for 2007-2010 "The Spirit of Hospitality Opens Doors of Opportunity"; Texas Theme for 2006-2009 is "Patriotism Through Service"; Scripture for 2006-2009 "Each one should use whatever gift they have received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms." I Peter 4:10.

Membership allows you to continue the legacy of historic preservation, promotion of education and patriotic endeavors.
