I began teaching medical terminology online for Loyalist College in September 2000 and am loving it!! So far I have had students all over Canada as well as Canadians residing in the United States, Australia, Germany, Egypt, the United Kingdom, France , Italy and Switzerland!

I began working for Lambton College in 2002 so I am an on-line faculty member of both Loyalist College  and Lambton College.   My courses are offered online through a consortium of Ontario Community Colleges called OntarioLearn.com.

I developed and teach the online courses for the Hospital Ward Clerk Certificate.  
The Hospital Ward Clerk Certificate is available both online and by paper based correspondence. The Hospital Ward Clerk Certificate can also be used to obtain the Medical Office Assistant Certificate and Health Records Clerk Certificate through Loyalist College with the addition of some core business courses. Loyalist College also offers a Medical Transcription Certificate. It uses some of the same courses used for the Hospital Ward Clerk as well.

My courses are also used at Lambton College towards the completion of 2 certificate programs. The first is that of the Medical Clerk Certificate.

The second certificate offered by Lambton College is the Medical Transcriptionist Certificate.
