Chen Yaodong is a language instructor from Guangxi University of Technology,China.Back in1999 ,he got involved in web-based English teaching and research,first as a MOOer ,then as a webhead member.Over the past few years,hundreds of his students have ,to some extent,made use of online resources in the process of learning English as foreign language(EFL).Yaodong's motto is:Never too late to start e-learning.
