ARTIFACTLADY (the story)

ArtifactLady Homepage

I started this web site to list items that I collected and loved once, but now they need to be in a new home.  I learned that my neighbors have similar items that are ready to "move on."  If the item appears here, it might already be sold...but I will pass on any inquiries to the new owner.

If you have items that you would like to exhibit on my page, please contact me at 954 205 0666 in Fort Lauderdale.

I like buzzing around a city on moped, looking for discoveries...

Suggestions about the appearance of the web site can go to my husband, my webmaster.  mistermath@comcast.net

This is a  web site for:
Positive attitudes
Positive stories
Positive shopping

If you bring a sunny attitude to this web page, you'll get a sunny attitude in return.

My husband likes this statue of world peace.  The artist is planning to sell replicas.  If you are interested, visit  >> www.statueofworldpeace.com

(it's not the statue of whirled peas)
Here are some "discoveries" that are perhaps not works of art but that are still "items of beauty" or something interesting for the home.

Contact me with your inquiries at 954 205 0666

I can display your item here and I can act to connect you with buyers.  I'm the Artifact Lady and I look forward to assisting you in your quest for a discovery.
Amber is delightful.   I have some pieces (not this one!) that you might be interested in...
Gamelon (xylophone) from Bali.  About 2 feet wide, one foot high and 8 inches deep at the widest point.

Purchased in 1998 and it comes with a wooden hammer.  It makes the authentic Balinese sound.  $150 obo (Shipping additional)
$10,000 for this 5-by-10 feet canvas.   I'm remodeling and the wall this is hanging on will be shortened.  This painting is by Francisco Grippa, an artist and activist for the rainforest in Peru.

My husband points out, "That's less than $220 a square foot."
"Your art and travel souvenirs (gathering dust in storage or on a shelf) could be shown here and placed in a new home."

What is a gamelan ?
