PITTSBURGH, PA -- Sebastien Caron turned aside five shots in overtime to help
the Pittsburgh Penguins preserve a 3-3 tie with the Philadelphia Flyers on
Sunday. Caron, who made 19 regulation saves, helped shut down five of the six
Philadelphia power plays, including one in the extra session, for the tie.
Aleksey Morozov extended his point-scoring streak to four games with two goals
and Milan Kraft had three assists to give him eight points in his last four
games for Pittsburgh, which extended its unbeaten streak to five games. Alexei
Zhamnov registered a goal and an assist for the Flyers, who are 1-3-2-1 over
their last seven road games. Sean Burke allowed two goals on nine second-period
shots and finished with 18 saves in the tie.
