Dear and precious fellow Americans,

My message must remain simple because of the complexity of my feelings.
I cry with those of you who have lost loved ones.
I share your pain.
I lament the sorrow and suffering which has been visited upon our nation.
I am searching desperately to understand,
but will never accept the horror and atrocities of terrorism.

God works his wonders and miracles here on earth
when we reach out,  touch and care about one another.
This has been seen and dramatically demonstrated during recent events.

We will never hear about all of the unsung heroes among us.
We will never know all of the stories, nor do we need to.
Families know.
God knows.
