For supporting the Mars 2001 mission of exploration and discovery of the ancient highlands of Mars, a compact disc bearing my name will be mounted on the Mars 2001 Lander along with the Orbiter and Rover. Check out my cool certificate. Mars 2001 Lander Participation Certificate

I am learning lots of interesting information in Cats in Space and have moved up in rank. I now hold the rank of Cadet Captain! I feel so honored to be part of such an important mission.

CIS Badge
I am earning badges and moving up in rank so I can have my own space ship. I can't think of anything more exciting. Can mew?

In November we studied the brain. The brain is our personal, in body computers. Without a brain we couldn't think, we couldn't chase mice, do our computer projects or even live. That was a fascinating topic and I am furry purroud of my badge.

During September and October we are studying Science Fiction. Answering the questiond about Star Trek, Babylon 5 and great TV shows was wonderfur. They Meowmie's and my favorites on TV.

SciFi 2 Badge

Cadet

As the CLAW Awards Ceremony I received a special badge. It was an exciting event!

Service Award
In August we studied caverns. They are so much more than holes in the ground for kittys to play in. It took hundreds of years to form each cave as water moved through the various rock formations. Caverns are a dangerous place to play in so kitties should take extra care before chasing bats.

C"avern   Nutrition Badge

July's project was in nutrition. A kitty is what she is eats. Kitty's need lots of protein. A great source of protein and one of my personal favorites is bugs. I wonder what a "space bug" would look like or taste like.

Ozone Badge

The ozone layer products us from harmful UV rays. The fact that the "Greenhouse Effect" is shrinking this layer should be of great concern to us all. All kitties should encourage their hoomins to use alternatives energy and to stay home more with us and use less gas. Do mewr part. Keep mewr hoomins home!

Genetics Badge

Genetics is a fascinating topic. Meowmie said when she took genetics in college a few years back Calico Cats were studied in great detail. They have a very interesting Genetic Code.

UFO Badge This was a particularly interesting topic for me since I seen several UFO's.

UFO Tracks

When we lived in New Mexico I saw several UFO's. Most we explained away by the Air Force but not all of them. The most exciting I can be seen in the above photo. The sighting occured just at dawn so we got an interesting shot. The Air Force insisted a very large missle blew up over Albuquerque. Since that was 250 miles away I have always doubted that explanation. I furry much believe it was a real UFO. It was pretty catorific!

It is common knowledge in New Mexico that aliens are silver in color, about the size of a 10 year old hooman child, have a tear drop head and slanty eyes. I never was able to meet one personally but I always wanted too. It was mewed among all the kittys from Roswell that the aliens thought Cats were the most interesting life form on Earth.
