CANCELLATIONS: a refund will be made if we receive your communication at least 12 hours before the start of your tour.
OFFENSIVE ACTS OR CONDUCTS: we may at our discretion require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem his/her acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other participants and we shall have no further liability.
LIABILITIES: we have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss however caused unless due to our negligence in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. Please, follow the instructions and advise of your guide/escort to prevent the risks inherent to a big city. Please, take care of your personal belongings.
We have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators of aircrafts, ships, vehicles, accommodation and pubs, cafes or restaurants used as we do not manage or own them.
TOURS REDUCED OR CANCELLED: in the event of the tour being reduced or cancelled a refund will be made in the same proportion except if the reduction or cancellation is due to circumstances that are out of our control. Every endeavour will be made to substitute an alternative or alter the arrangements. Tours will take place under normal weather conditions(rain or shine).

THE PRICE INCLUDES: the company, assistance, and explanations of your guide during the whole tour, and an accurately planned itinerary.
GRATUITIES to your guide are at your discretion.
THE PRICE DO NOT INCLUDE (UNLESS STATED): entry tickets or donations in museums and other attractions, drinks and meals during the tour, and transport.
