Graham Thomas

Graham Thomas is an absolutely exquisite English rose!  I love it almost as much as Heritage.  The blossoms are of the highest quality-- soft, delicate, and with a color that makes you feel warm when you gaze at it!  I don't think I have ever smelled anything quite like the fragrance exuded from these rich petals.  It took me quite some time to piece together the exact scent, but to my nose it is that of cloves, tea, and basket reed.  Anyone who makes baskets and sniffs a Graham Thomas rose will know what I mean!
The foliage is almost as gorgeous as the flowers.  It's the new leaves that are most remarkable; they're pale lime green!  Leaves become sparse later in the summer due to some disease, but it's no big deal.  Graham Thomas keeps on blooming no matter what.
