Kaleidoscope

June 2000

I passed up a chance to purchase this rose at a bargain price last year and regretted my decision.  When I saw it in the bare root rose bin at Quality Farm & Fleet at an even lower price I didn't make the mistake twice.  I bought it!  The information posted on the web about Kaleidoscope assures me that I'll be glad it's in our garden.  My apologies to everyone who grows Chrysler Imperial with success, but I'm booting it out and replacing it with this colorful floribunda.
Softly shaded tan and mauve roses are backed by healthy olive green foliage.  The flowers are petite and perky.  Let's see how Kaleidoscope will perform planted on a prime southeast corner of my garden.
