Louise Clements has been a wonderful addition to our patio garden.  The best of the best are planted inside the white picket fence, nearby so we can enjoy them from the French doors or the patio table.  This little shrub rose is proving herself daily.  The soft orange roses are first charmingly cupped, then burst open into round pillows of peach petals, wonderfully fragrant!  The new foliage is very colorful-- blue-green with purple edging.
Time will tell if Louise Clements is bothered by diseases here.  So far, no problems, but the plant is very young.  I can certainly recommend it for its beauty alone.  This rose can be purchased from
Heirloom Old Garden Roses.
