We Went to our first ultrasound yesterday ( Sugust 27, 2002 1:30pm mst) Our baby is only an inch long.....*S*......we also got a glimpse of the baby's heart. It was beating at 179 bpm.....can you believe that? Almost as fast as a hummingbird..........*L*..........Billie's doing just fine and everything check OK at her first prenatal checkup ( August 22, 2002).....Our next appointment is on September 18th. It shouldn't be half as bad as the first one, considering the fact that we were there most fo the afternoon. The first prenatal is always the longest for those of you who are not pregnet yet....*wink wink*.........We'll let ya'll know when the next ultrasound is scheduled.....we'll be able to find out the sex of the baby this time.....*S*....We'll also try to provide ya'll with some pictures.......~til then
Bille survived her 2nd prenatal appointment(8:30am)....this time it was easy....*L*....For those of your who are not soon to be mothers, let's just say the first appointment sucks, but once you get passed the the first one, it's cake from there....*S*........Let's see.......is there any more news to share with you.....?...Hmmmmm...Oh yeah!!!!....Any of you wishing for a girl (the majority of you) better cross your fingers. Lately the signs have shifted in favor of a boy, thanks to our little nephew Devin, who by the way is always right...*wink wink*......Well......that's about it.....we were supposed to have an Ultrasound on October 16th...but oh well......I promise ....when we do get picture....I'll post them.......~til then........shinka'.....toksa'.....
How's Billie doing?....*L*....well....our 3rd appointment went a.O.k.(November, 13, 2002 9:00am)....we kinda had a scare a few weeks ago...but all is good now.....we can sleep a little better now. The baby's heart's beating just fine and everything's where it's supposed to be..*L*..She also got some results back from a test she took...checkin' for abnormalities and possible deformaties...It tested negative.....this appt. was basically to check if she was still alive and happy I guess..*L*.....No more morning sickness & moodswings...just happiness and food cravings....*L*...with occasional baby-tears here and there.......*S*.......Next appt and ultra sound is next month....I'll post the pictures when we get them....~til then......shinak'......toksa'
Hello People.........*S.......It's been a while since our last visit to the Hospital. Right now we're in the process of moving......as of tomorrow (November 29, 2002) we'll be living in the beautiful booming metropolis of Garryowen, Montana. See ya'll at the Garryowen Store.....*L*......Some of ya'll know of our upcoming visit to N.D......I guess we'll be seeing ya at the All Nations Basketball tournament;).....some of you anyways........On to baby business....the baby has been moving since Billie's 18th week of pregancy....*S*.....dang talk about having the hiccups!!!!...Baby's really kickin' up a storm....tuggin' on Billie's umbulical cord nonstop..."feed me!!!....feed me!!!....So....Billie feed's him.....*wink wink*.....yeah....I dreamt baby was a boy!!!!!
Hello Family and friends. Well, Billies' on her 28th week now!.! Can you believe it!?! 8 more weeks to go!!!! And we have the Ultrasounds too. *drumroll* It's a boy!!!!! Yeah, we were hoping for a girl, but it turns out that Baby Aaliyah turned out to be Baby Jordyn Oleyte *S* She had appointments on the 11th and the 18th of Dec. They turned out pretty good. Mostly to check out how the baby was doing. On the 20th we finally had our ultrasound. Talk about anticipation *L* So yeah It's a BOY!!! Time to pass the cigars and whatnot. For those of you who were wishin' for a boy, now's the time to buy baby boy stuff. *wink wink at missy* But that's it for now. I will be postin the ultrasounds soon....he's even yawning on one picture.....*S*..
Todays appointment didn't go as smoothly as we expected. Billie's Blood Sugar Levels turned out to be a little abnormal. I guess we're having a BIG baby too!!!....yup...8 & 1/2 lbs.!!!... We should know a little more about her sugar levels on the next appointment. She's monitoring it now.....has to watch what she eats....So yeah, we are 30 weeks pregnet and time just seems to go by slooooooower. Well, we better get going now...lunch break is over and Billie's bladder's full.
February 12, 2003.......Gosh.....time just goes by slow these days..*lol...We are now 32 weeks into her pregnancy. I swear, time isn't on our side, but that's just the nerves talking....*S*....well, todays appointment went good!!....The Dr. said he didn't know why Billie's Blood Sugar's were abnormal...he pretty much said her levels were a.O.K...*S*....must be a pregnet thing. She still has to monitor herself though, but, all is good.......*lol*...I thought the "Nesting Period" of pregnancy was something that you see only on T.V., but you should see our house...*lol*.....dust free...and spotless......but I'm loving every minute of it......starting the 26th we go in every two weeks....scary huh....?..*S*
Appointments were all good. Everything turned out normal. If everything goes well, we shoulc have a 9 lb. baby by April 9. *L* On the 26th she was 36 weeks & on the 13 of March she was she was 36 weeks. Gosh 4 weeks to go!!!!!! I think he's comming early though. I knew he was going to be a boy, and I have a hunch he's comming pretty soon. Plus Billie went into false labor a couple of weeks ago so......yeah......that was a big hint. Well, we'll let you all know the next time when we go in for a checkup. They'll be comming every week now.....so...stay tuned *L*.....til then......
.......*lol......it has only been 4 days.....and to our surprise, Jordan Emmanuel Oleyte was born. He came to us at 6:12pm, after starting his journey at 3:30am.
