My name is Justus Medley and you have come across my personal web page. I am a polymer chemist by trade and have worked in various branches of the polymer industry. I am currently working abroad, to best utilize my unusual blend of technical and linguistic skills.
I have Bachelor of Science degrees in Polymer Science and Mathematics from the University of Southern Mississippi (Class of 1994).
I speak, read and write English, Arabic, and Russian. I have a tolerable command of French as well. I have no particular reason for studying so much language, I just like it.
My favorite hobby is cooking, especially the cuisine of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and New Orleans, Louisiana. Below are some of my recipes. Feel free to copy them and try them out.
