Great on pumps
Works on vl200 and clones
materiels: vl200, thin rope or shoelace, some tape and a drill with a bit slightly larger than the diameter of the rope.
Take the vl and decide where you want the hole, I placed mine about 1 cm under the lid, where it bulges up into a lip again. Drill the hole, now take the shoelace and see if it runs through smoothly, modify hole size as neccesary. Take one end, insert into hole and wrap with tape until you have a wad about the size of a paintball. Attach the other end to a moving part such as a bolt or pump handle... make sure theres slack for the agitator to move, but not so much that it just hangs in the hopper. Now every time you fire, the agitator should move inside the hopper and shake the balls as neccesary.
Notes: Make sure the tape has no sharp edges and is heavy... if its too light, it'll just float instead of agitate. If your worried about where to put the hole, the best place is right in the center. Try not to fully pack in paintballs, especially if you have a high-ROF gun, the quick snapping of the bolt may shred some balls. |
