Sandra Nelson is really a shy, soft-spoken person. She gets most of her friends by them going up to her to talk. When she's with her friends, though, most of her shyness is hidden. She treasures her friends and her family and is very loyal to them. |

She lives with her younger sister, Terrika Nelson; her mother, Tamara Nelson; and her father, Samuel Nelson. Her parents' job is to install mainframes and supercomputers for big companies. Every time it's really hard for Sandra to start over and she misses her old friends. Maybe this is also the reason why Sandra's so shy. |

Sandra's very serious about her schoolwork. She get 80s most of the time. The hardest subject for her is math, for which she gets 60s to 70s no matter how hard she tries. She doesn't really trust in study groups because she almost never gets any studying done when she's apart of one. |

She's not really very "boy crazy", but like every teenage girl, she appreciates seeing a good-looking guy. She blushes when a guy that's really good-looking is around her. Just good looks do not drive her into a relationship, though. |

As Sailor Philiopa, she isn't her usual soft-spoken self. She realizes that it is her duty and she takes it very seriously. She is exceptionally graceful and uses it often. Especially to dodge attacks. She has the ability to sense thing like strange energy and she sometimes gets visions in her sleep, but that rarely happens. |

Sandra has soft chocolate-brown skin and hazel brown eyes. She has jet-black hair that just passes her thighs. She has a kind of angelic beauty, although she does not know it. She has dimples in both cheeks, which make her smile even more beautiful, and full lips. Her ears are pierced, but she rarely wears earrings. |

Princess Sara Aquamariene looks exactly the same except she has the Philiopan symbol on her forehead. |
