Supporting Data for “Resurrection Auroras”

“There is a correlation between heightened sunspot activity and increased earthquake activity, especially during one of each month’s two earth-sun-moon alignments resulting in either a completely dark moon or full moon. Why the correlation between heightened sunspot activity and increased numbers of earthquakes?” Resurrection Auroras

 

Notice the correlation is not between the numbers of sunspots but the activity of those sunspots that are present. Heightened activity is defined in the above sentence as earth directed M and X class solar flares.

 

The following material supports the thesis that the two earthquakes each at Jesus’ death and at his resurrection were catalyzed by energy originating from one or more beta-gamma-delta sunspots as a CME that disrupted the magnetosphere, penetrated, at least in part, the atmosphere and either discharged at ground level or within the earth along the east west fault line that that runs down across the Mount of Olives through Jerusalem. As one may recall from the article that on the day of Jesus’ crucifixion on the Mount of Olives the sun suddenly became darkened by hyper sunspot activity[1] and that the moon became its fullest during that month.

 

First: The continuing public message of the physicists regarding correlations between solar activity and sunspots is based on work done in the late 80’s and early 90’s

An international meeting of scientists was convened in London from November 7 to 8, 1996, on the subject of relationships of earthquakes to other phenomena for prediction purposes. Papers of that meeting appeared in the Geophysical Journal International, vol. 131, pgs. 413 to 533, 1997. (Perhaps you should read those articles and the summary by Geller). The consensus of the meeting was that prediction was not possible. As Main points out in Nature (vol 385, pg 19-20, 1997) “Modern theories of earthquakes hold that they are critical, or self-organized critical, phenomena, implying a system maintained permanently on the edge of chaos, with an inherently random element and avalanche dynamics with strong sensitivity to small stress perturbations.”

Geller, a prominent seismologist at the University of Tokyo who continues to research the possible earthquake relationships to other natural phenomena, reports “The chaotic, highly nonlinear nature of the earthquake source process makes prediction and inherently unrealizable goal.” If you believe that you have some solid first-hand evidence, perhaps you should write to Geller to bring yourself up-to-date on this subject (Dr. Robert, Dept. of Earth and Planetary Physics, Graduate School of Science, Tokyo University, Hongo 7-3-1, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 113-0033 JAPAN).

I have found no evidence of a significant relationship between the phenomena you talk about. Perhaps you should read my last book, “Introduction to Geomagnetic Fields” (Cambridge Unversity Press, 1997) which discusses the realistic relationships of the solar activity to processes on Earth. –Wallace H. Notice the parsing: the word “correlation” is not used while the word “prediction” is used; the word “consensus” is used; the qualifying word “significant” is used with the word “relationship;” and the phrase “continues to research” is used. It is agreed that earthquake causes fall in the realm of “avalanche dynamics with strong sensitivity to small stress perturbations.” Geomagnetic storms as a result of Coronal Mass Ejections or are one of those “stress perturbations.” As you may recall from the article, “This is not to say that all earthquakes are catalyzed by the discharges of solar plasma yet enough earthquakes are to register a “correlation” between sunspot activity and earthquakes.”  Due to these avalanche dynamics, It is also agreed that earthquakes cannot be predicted based solely on a handful of causative factors nor are earthquakes all caused by the same dynamic factors, yet correlations can be made as to overall probabilities like: earthquakes occur most often along fault lines; earthquakes occur around volcanoes most often when they are in a pre-eruptive stage and usually as they are in a eruptive stage.

Since the late 80’s and early 90’s when the data for the 1997 publication of the findings of the international meeting, numbers of data collection instruments and new methods to examine new types of data have increased and new theories have been explored. For example, the Japanese have discovered that many times prior to an earthquake there is an atmospheric ionic build up along the fault line where the earth quake occurs. As a result of the Japanese discoveries sensors have been placed at stress points along some California fault lines.

Like wise in the realm of solar physics and solar plasma new discoveries have been made due to increased data collection and analysis, and new types of instrumentation. Since that time there have been a dozen or so new satellites placed in orbit to observe the sun like the SOHO satellites. From other new instrumentation it has been discovered that plasma clouds hang in the upper atmosphere and become more active in times of geomagnetic storms. From evidence to date, they seem to gather and discharge above severe thunderstorms especially ones with tornadoes.  As a result of new discoveries there are new theories about the earth bound effects of solar plasma and a plethora of new publications from groups like the Solar Plasma Group at MIT.

In this regard, yet in relation to the scientific study of the moon, Paul Lowman of NASA has said “Data has been sitting around and never properly studied. We were overwhelmed by the information from Apollo. People never went back to it, Thanks to new and better techniques, like digital processing, giving Apollo-era pictures and other data another look can prove valuable.” Space.com

Even so, in regards to correlations between solar activity and earthquakes, the misrepresented message from the scientific community based on the 1997 study, that there is no correlation, continues to be held forth in the public domain. In regard to the lack of information reaching the public domain concerning the effects of solar storms on circuits Dr. Sten Odenwald of NASA has commented.

Now to move on to the supporting evidence for correlations between sunspot activity and earthquakes. Every sunspot eruption or CME in relation to its multiple causative effects on earth differs. In regards to being catalysts for earthquakes, considerations must be given to the strength of the sunspot eruption, the angle, the velocity, composition, density, the position of the earth, the condition of the magnetosphere at the time, the electromagnetic condition of the earth’s crust at the time in an array of locations and others factors including simple geophysical stresses.

In an attempt to simplify an analysis of the provided data note that it takes anywhere from a day to four days for a CME to reach earth. CME’s in strength range through A, B, C, M and X. An X class CME is the strongest.

One may also be interested in considering the reported real time observations of the 1908 Tunguska event and the 1871 Peshtigo, Wisconsin fire as those produced by accelerated plasma clouds entering the lower atmosphere through cracks in the geomagnetic field and discharging either explosively or sporadically over space and time before reaching ground level.

On a more recent note, and in somewhat of a variation from the thesis: On March 25 the earth’s magnetosphere was struck by an elevated solar wind stream flowing from a Coronal Hole (not from a CME). The solar wind speed jumped from about 400 km/sec to 700 km/sec. (not extreme yet very high) The northward Bz component of the geomagnetic field elevated and the southward Bz component shuddered erratically bouncing between –10 and +15. (significant) The Ring Current at the same time dropped from a +10 to a –30. Not too significant of a variation except for the rate of the drop. During the same time period the USGS report on worldwide earthquake activity jumped from the area where it had been residing for days from about 180 to about 205 in about six hours. A fairly significant jump considering the short time span of the increase and considering that the report observed is inclusive of all worldwide earthquakes for seven days with prior earthquakes being deleted continuously.

If these things are true regarding the effects of solar plasma surrounding the death, resurrection, ascension of Jesus Christ and the giving of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost then based on other observations of articles by scientists, the effects of the many forms of plasma may play a much larger role than previously noticed in the history of the universe, solar system, earth, culture, and the form and destiny of modern man himself.

And, the thesis regarding this universal mark on the death of Jesus Christ, if true, may provide an answer as to the means by which the divine accomplished phenomenal deliverances like the parting of the Red Sea for the children of Israel and phenomenal destructions like the burning of Sodom and Gomorrah. As the possibilities expand, considerations should also be give to the possibilities of plasma wormholes bringing the saints, Moses and Elijah, out of that matter and energy, of which scientists know nothing, to stand with the glorified Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration and the like possibilities of plasma wormholes, or, in other words, Biblical whirlwinds, taking Enoch, Elijah, before natural death, and Jesus, 40 days after resurrection, into that matter and energy unknown to the scientific mind.
