my friends begin their 2,782 miles back home
my mind ponders back over the last 2 weeks.
of the special memories once again we have made.
One in particular is the Vietnam Wall, where we all
fond the names of men we knew and etched all 3 names.
It was an important part of this visit together
Something we've talked about over the last year to do.
This time together spent together doesn't stop here but
will continue over next year online where we meet up
everyday to talk about our days events and family happenings.
It brings joy to me to know that Ronnie and Jean will soon
be reunited with their precious granddaughter Samantha tonight.
This helps my sadden heart cause we are missing them already,
but now we can begin new plans over the next year for when Me
and Mark to return to their home in Oregon. Where we anxiously
await to meet their adorable Samantha, and laugh and cry and
continue this wonderful friendship that started 6 years ago
from a single stroke of the keyboard
