Sometimes I feel like crying and

Sometimes I feel like laughing and
Sometimes I feel like talking with you~

Always, the Angel in you

Brightens my day, shows me the way
The Angel in you eases my soul
The Angel in you, words of silver, of gold~

Sometimes I only see darkness and

Sometimes I dance in the light and
Sometimes I need a shoulder to cry on and
Sometimes I’m the only one right here, right now~

Always the Angel in you

Is ready to make me laugh inside
The Angel in you takes me under your wing
The Angel in you makes my heart sing~

Sometimes I just walk on by and

Sometimes I just say no and
Sometimes I turn away and
Sometimes I stay when I should go~

Always the Angel in you

Gives me hope when I need it most
The Angel in you never turns me away
The Angel in you always knows what to say~

Sometimes I walk on water and

Sometimes I just can’t fly and
Sometimes I feel so sure and
Sometimes I wonder why

Always, the Angel in you

Erases my doubts and fears, dries my tears
The Angel in you gives me hope in bad times
The Angel in you lifts me up from sad times

Sometimes I wanna open my heart and

Sometimes I just wanna hide and
Sometimes I wanna surrender and
Sometimes I don’t wanna give up the fight~

Always, the Angel in you

Gives me courage to stand up and win
The Angel in you cheers me on
The Angel in you shows me
that dawn is just around the bend~
