She told me the Lord
Was whispering so gently,so softly,
To me,to listen carefully
To listen with love.
I turned off my computer
I closed the world outside
I listen very carefully, as
I heard His soft sweet whisper.
It was so very faint
But I knew the words were there,
As I listen to my Lord,
And what He had to say.
My Lord said
"My Child I need you"
Your time on earth is done.
You've done all I have ask of you,
"Your work has been done".
I need you to come Home with Me.
I knew what He was saying,
And I understood His words.
I just didnt know why,
As it seem too be so soon.
But I do not question words from
Him, instead I am much more,
Blessed than some, as He has
Given me time to say goodbye,
To all those that I love.
This body, it will miss so much,
Like seeing grandchildern born,
And watching others grow.
Being here to hold them
And hug them every day.
It will miss growing old
With my loved ones and
My friends, and touching
Those around me with,
My gentle ways
But it is ok for I am Blessed,
The Lord whispered to me today.
I got to say goodbyes to all,
And give them all my love.
I know my Spirit will
Live on within those I love.
So just know I love you all.
It will be ok, for
a new
Angel will be watching over you.
With all her Love.
So next time an angel
Lites upon your shoulder,
Listen very close
She may be telling you,
You to, are very blessed indeed.
