1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups of bisquick
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 envelope of taco season mix
1 can of tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 can of whole corn, drained (15 1/2 oz.)
2 cups of shredded cheese
Heat oven to 350*
Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown,
drain.
Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2 baking
dish.
Stir in taco season mix (dry), tomato sauce
and corn.
Sprinkle with cheese. Stir in remaining
ingredients until blended.
Pour over mixture.
Bake 35 min. or until golden brown.
Serve with
sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if
desired.

1 package (18.25oz.) brownie mix
(plus ingredients to make brownies)
1 3/4 cup of milk
2 packages (3.4oz.ea.) white chocolate instant
pudding and pie filling
1/4 cup warm water
2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
3 toffee bars (1.5 oz.ea.) coarsely chopped
4 tsp. of coffee grandules
Lightly spray 9x13 baker with vegetable
oil.
Prepare and bake brownie mix according to
cake like directions:cool completely.
In2 qt.
bowl, whisk pudding mix into milk until mixture begins to thicken.
Dissolve coffe grandules in warm water; add to pudding mix, mixing well. Fold whipped topping.
Cut brownies into 1 in. cubes, layer 1/3 of the brownie cubes into bowl, top with1/3 of pudding mixture, pressing lightly and 1/3 of the
chopped toffee; repeat layers two more times...
chill 30 min. before serving
2 cups of flour
2 1/4 cups of sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp.salt
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups of water
Mix dry ingredients well
add water, eggs and butter
batter will be thin
Pour into 9x13 pan
Bake at 350* 30-35 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
After cooking and cooling, you can freeze half of the cake for later use.
A very moist cake.
