1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb.sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups bisquick
Mix all together (may need to add a bit of water) and let rest for 10 or 15 min.
Roll into marble sized balls and bake at 375* oven for 15 min. until nice and brown.
Makes a bunch!!!! These can be frozen, thawed and heated in microwave or oven.
These are terrific, especailly for the holidays and make a nice "party pick."
A dozen or so ripe tomatos, Italian plum tomatos are best. Cut and put into food processor. (pieces should be very small)
Add salt, pepper t taste, at least 2 tbsp. of minced garlic, tbsp. each of fresh basil, oregeno and parsley. Add a quarter cup of olive oil, 2 tbsp. of vinegar---balsamic if you have or use wine vinegar. Mix well and refrigerate.
Serve with Bruchettia which are small pieves of toasted bread. (Italian or French)
