1st layer
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 stick of butter(hmmm!! I can hear my arteries harden...lol)
Mix together and press into a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350* for 15 min...let cool
2nd layer
1 cup surgar 8 oz.
cream cheese 8 oz. cool whip
(Make Dr. appt....lol)
Blend, then spread on top of first layer
3rd layer
6 oz. instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cup milk
6 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cup milk
Make each according to directions, then spread a layer of each on top of 2nd layer.
Spread 8 oz. cool whip on top, then sprinkle with chopped nuts and shaved chocolate.
Chill until served.
*NOTE...Before eating, call Dr. and get heads up...lol...
Blend a 1 lb. bag of Oreo cookies in the blender to the texture of dirt.
(A few at a time works best.)
Put to one side
Blend together
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 cups milk
1 lg. tub cool whip
Blend cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture in this order
1/3 oreo's
1/2 pudding mix
1/3 oreo's
1/2 pudding mix
1/3 oreo's
Garnish with Gummie Worms and Gummies Frogs and artificial flower.
Serve with Garden Spade.
1 can of pumpkin (about 13 oz.)
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup honey
1/8 tsp. clove
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Cook on low fire 10 min. or til thick.
**Try this over Fat Free Cookies and Ice Cream, tastes like Pumpkin Pie Ala Mode-minus a lot of FAT!!!!

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
Whip egg. Add sugar and mix on high speed until creamy.
Add peanut butter and continue to mix until thick.
Roll by hand into small balls about the size of melon ball) and place on greased cookie sheet.
Press with fork until about 1/4" thick.
Bake at 375* for 10-12 min.
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 cup or more (depends on taste) Kahula Liquor
2 boxes jello chocolate mousse mix
10 heath bars
8 oz. cool whip
Bake cake as directed in 9x13 pan.
Poke holes in cake and pour Kahula over the cake.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Next Day:
Cut the cake in half.
Chop the Heath bars very fine. 4 in one bowl, 2 in another, 4 in last bowl.
In a very large bowl, break up the first half of the cake and stir in 4 of the crumbled heath bars.
Pack the mixture in the bottom of a trifle bowl or large casserole.
Prepare both boxes of mousse according to directions and pour half of the mousse mixture on top of the cake/ heath mixture.
Chill for 10 min.
Now spread 1/2 of the cool whip to that.
Chill for 10 min.
Repeat the procedure for the next layer>
**Break up the remaining half of the cake, mix it with 4 crumbled heath bars and add the mix on top of the first mess.
Pour the remaining half of the mousse on top of that.
Chill for 10 min.
Spread the remaining half of the cool whip on top of the mousse and then sprinkle the remaing heath bars on top of everything.
Chill the whole desert until served.
Get ready for chocolate heart attack...LOL
