1. Boil lotsa water with a little salt in it.
2. 1 cup of flour
3. 1 or 2 eggs (or egg substitute)
4. Enough milk (skim or otherwise) to makea dough
that will flow slowly
5. Place dough on a plate and tip it over boiling
water.
6. As dough flows over the edge of plate, slice off
small chunks into water.
7. Cook about 5 min. Strain
8. Serve with butter.
( Some people like to put
ketchup on them but that is revolting. A little salt
helps.)

onions
cut-up round steak
seasonings
Just put in crock pot and let simmer for the
day.
Makes a great supper dish.
