Inner Sailor Scouts
The Inner Scouts/Senshi are the 5 original scouts of Sailor Moon. They are the primary Guardians of Princess Serenity. (Serenity has eight total Guardians, the Princesses of each planet, except for Earth) Princess Serenity is the senshi of the Moon, so all of the other planets have a Guardian princess/senshi person.
The Guardians of Serenity/Sailor Moon are (in order): Sailor Venus, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Mercury.
Outer Sailor Scouts
Pretty much the same as the inner-s, but the outer senshi are Uranus, Neptune, Saturn, and Pluto.
Sailor Moon is their leader, and the Inner Senshi are pretty much always with her. The Outer Senshi, however, are not. They have their own lives and stuff to do, as they are a lot more experienced than the others.
