Subversion 20
Introduction
This issue of Subversion went to press in October 1996. As it did so, the Job Seekers Allowance had come into force around the UK. Both Tory and Labour parties were planning new attacks on unemployed workers. members of Subversion are active in the fight against the JSA. The articles in this issue reflected part of the debate going on within this movement, a debate which continues in Subversion 21.
Once again we printed a number of articles from people who were not members of our group. These were the articles on the Dockers dispute, the JSA and capital punishment in Texas. We welcomed this trend and seek to encourage it in future. If you feel you have something to contribute, then why not drop us a line at knightrose@oocities.com?
