Its always great to see an artist create a fantasy makeup look. It seems a lot of the looks today in magazines are mostly minimal and natural and anyone can then call themselves a makeup artist. There isn’t a pop star or model/movie star that wont tell you a good makeup artist is priceless. Kenny phones a friend during the break in the 4 hour makeup session and says, “What? I missed the most fabulous party at a 4 million dollar penthouse apartment. Oh well I’m doing a shoot with this incredible makeup artist . She made me neon pink with electric blue lace cascading down my arm, it looks fab got at go, bye.” I’m assisting, so Kenny and Marla instruct me what to do for props and styling details. And props are just what I think these two deserve for their pure genius in creating this incredible look.
