						PINKIETESSA & BOY GEORGE
				GRAMMY AWARDS -I phoned to my friend Pinkie and told her to dress for the cameras.  Marilyn invite Monroe lookalike Linda Kerridge:  he thought someone might notice he was parodying himself. We arrived at the Shrine Auditorium in a white stretch limo and were cheered by the crowds.  Marilyn and Linda looked like a normal couple, Pinkie and I were mad freaks.  I felt so uncomfortable in my man drag.  Pinkie was dressed like a mobile gateau in a tiered bustle dress and massive Busby Berkeley hat. Inside it was all black tie and turkey-wrap ballgowns.  John Travolta waved at me and blew a kiss,  I wanted to go and meet him, but the lights went down.  A woman behind demanded Pinkie remove her hat.  She did so without protest.  Underneath was even more view-blocking exotica, a fake dove perched upon a cluster of purple ringlets.                                                                                             BOY GEORGE - TAKE IT LIKE A MAN PINKIETESSA MENU
