Just as food fuels the body, laughter fuels our soul
Laughter is a richer gift when shared with those we love.
Laughter
Laughter
In oneness with God, I perceive the day
with a true and bright outlook.
When life seems overly serious, a good laugh
can help my outlook for the day,
It will be from a truer, brighter perspective.

A funny article, movie, or television program not only provides
a distraction from concerns; it also reminds me of the
absurdity of allowing outer circumstances to impede
my awareness of the joy of God within me.
A deep, hearty laugh impacts my entire being in a positive way.
As I chuckle, I release tension, which allows me to view
my world with a positive outlook and perceive the
possibility for the good that each day holds.

Perhaps my greatest realization is that I have
dispelled any illusion of separation from God.
The more I am aware of my oneness with God,
the more reason I have to laugh and be happy.

"Then our mouth was filled with laughter,
and our tongue with shouts of joy."

--Psalm 126:2
Laugh often, long and loud.
Laugh until you gasp for breath.
Laugh so much that you can be tracked
in a store by your distinctive laughter.

When days are filled with sunshine
How close we hold a friend,
It's good to share the laughter
And dreams that have no end.
Life is a garden that blossoms when tended
with love, laughter, and a believing heart.
(Ecclesiastes 3:1-4)
"1}To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2} A time to be born, a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to reap that which is planted;
3} A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4} A time to weep, and a time to LAUGH; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;"
I like to think that laughter is the gift of God
that can make all thinks new and alive with life
