One Boy and One Girl
Sitting here in our booth in this restaurant
we discovered so long ago, my mind
slips back to another time
When one night, a boy and a girl
magically came together over
candlelight and wine
His heart had always been filled;
her beauty, grace, and smile where

It seems so long ago and yet,
if i close my eyes i once again hear that whisper
i look up and there you are
Smiling, your eyes misting as you too remember;
your hands upon mine; that same hush, and then
a whispered I Love You
Can a man ever love more than he is able,
is it possible for this old man to be young again,
for my love with you, i am still that youth
