A Woman's Strength
From deep within
a woman's heart
there lay a strength
One born of steel,
tempered in fire, and
aged with time
Many will never discover this secret
for they go through life
with blinders
Their day exists
only for the forward movement
of yet one more day
But every once in a while
there comes a woman who,
in her silence time; discovers this strength
It is as if the world were
suddenly opened up wide
just for her
Displaying it's 'true' beauty
she discovers new and wonderful things
that have lain hidden in her heart
That suddenly become
living breathing miracles
miracles given to her
By her new heart, her new soul,
and her newfound strength and
for the rest of her life,
She will carry these miracles,
this new strength and
all the fire and wisdom with her
The most wonderful miracle of all
she will share these many miracles
with those she loves
Born of strength, tempered in fire,
aged in time
and she shall be called woman
her strength everlasting
