| Poor abused Kuririn… Why does he have to die so much? Did his creator just hate him so much that he wanted to see him suffer? It gets so bad that Kuririn fans are happy when he gets beat up just because he gets screen time. (Miserable sigh…) Maybe it is because he’s so small. Villains are just drawn to kill the little fellow on impulse. Or maybe it’s because he acts do timid sometimes – maybe it just makes him fun to kill. But despite the torment inflicted, some good does come from them. Perhaps that is the reason he dies so often… What Came From It: GT Juunanagou defeated: Dying once again at the hands of his own brother-in-law, Kuririn produces the rage in his wife Juuhachigou to go and avenge his death and save the earth from a very evil Juunanagou. |

| Gokuu Goes SSJ: After a long battle with Freezer, Gokuu is astonished to discover that the tyrant is still alive and well. Enraged, the being shoots Kuririn and kills him. Standing witness to his best friends death is too much for Gokuu, and he transforms immediately to SSJ for the first time. Gohon Goes SSJ: The power of Kuririn’s death to Freezer lives on to the time when Gohon also becomes SSJ. In the wild array of visions that result in the change, the poor kid reflects on his helplessness to protect his friends, including Kuririn. As we watch him relive that moment when Kuririn is killed, he goes SSJ. |
