Bill and Melinda Gates basically have a $97 million, 66 000 square-foot (not including grounds, only structures) dream house fully equipped with a pool building, exercise facilities, library, theatre, boathouse and more. Although the mansion down by the shore of Lake Washington doesnt't look too big in the picture above, it is because most of it is built underground.

The pool is a 17-by-60 footer and has a built in underwater music system. Diving under the glass wall leads them outside by the terrace. The nearby locker rooms include four showers and two baths.

The exercise facilities is 2, 500 square feet and includes exercise equipment, sauna, steam room, and a trampoline room with a 20-foot high ceiling.

The complex 2, 100-square-foot library has a domed roof, fireplace, and two secret turning bookcases, one of which reveals a bar. This amazing library is also contains Leonardo Da Vinci's 16th-century notebook, costing Gates a cool $30.8 million.
