This project helped a lot, as it was the first Power Point assignment that I have ever done. It is a relatively easy program to use, but it took some time to get used to it. I learned how to add special animation effects and also how to paste pictures from Adobe Photoshop into Power Point. I also learned how to chose different transitions from slide to slide. In addition, I learned how to use the basic design principles to create a slide show that was appealing to the eye. Also, I learned how to change the fill effects and patterns of the background on the various slides. Besides simply learning about Power Point by doing this project, I learned how to import pictures and files from the internet, to Adobe, and then into my Power Point project. One other important thing learned when creating this slide show was how to import an animation into a Power Point slide show. This was quite easy to do, simply save the animation from Corel Photo Paint as a GIF and then import it from "My file" into Power Point. |
