August 26, 2004 The Panic Has Set In
	Today is August 26, 2004. THURSDAY August 26, 2004. Do you realize what this means? I'll give you some hints...1) I nearly always have Tuesdays & Thursdays off from work - today is no different. 2) School starts on Monday - I'll be taking classes Monday through Friday - no days off. 3) I graduate in December. Figured it out yet?? TODAY IS MY LAST DAY OF SUMMER...EVER!!! :(  Okay, okay, I realize it's not FOREVER forever, but it's highly signifigant to me. I'm used to working Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday for 8 hours a day, and then going to school. So when I don't have to go to work OR school, it's a real treat. Today is one of those days. The next "real" day off I'll have will be...a long time from now. It sucks. I like not having to do anything. My favorite pasttime is sitting around doing nothing. I just like to be home - watching TV, playing on the computer, or reading. NO MORE, I tell you! Now it's back to work and school. Hmmmph. But this is the last day off of the last summer I'll ever have. Some of my friends were talking about going to Vegas next spring break - I was like, "I DON'T HAVE ANYMORE SPRING BREAKS, thanks." What am I going to do?? This sucks. I think we should pass a petition letting all working people have summers off -- what do you think?? Anyway, I'm going to try and not waste my last day of summer...so I'm going to maybe work on a couple more pages of the site today, watch some of the Olympcis (GO USA!) and read some Harry Potter. Then maybe later this afternoon I'll head up to the mall and spend my birthday money. LIke Aerosmith said, "I don't wanna miss a thing." KNW 12:57pm
