Spaghetti Sauce
This is a recipeI got from my good friend Martha Stewart (FREE MARTHA!!!) It's really easy and really good! It's kind of one of those "to taste" recipes - I never measure anything out. That's what makes it easy :) .

Ingredients:
1 14.5 oz can tomatoes (I use whole, but diced is fine too)
Olive oil (about 2 tbsp)
Minced garlic (to taste - I use the kind in the jar)
Crushed red pepper (also to taste)
1/4 tsp salt


What to do:
Heat olive oil in large skillet - saute garlic for about 10-15 seconds. Add salt & red pepper & saute for another 10 seconds or so. Add tomatoes - I always use the whole tomatoes & crush them up with a fork cuz I like it chunky. Simmer (uncovered) for at least 10-minutes & EAT UP! 

This is also good with meatballs, cooked chicken, extra veggies, whatever you like.
