.2 Pleasant LITTLETON was born about 1806 in Roane County, Tennessee to Thomas LITTLETON and Mary 'Polly' MATLOCK.  He died before September 1851 in Roane County, Tennessee.  He married Catharine ANTHONY on 23 July 1828 in Roane County. She was born about 1808 to Jacob ANTHONY and his wife Elizabeth UNKNOWN.  Catharine died about 1877 in Loudon County, Tennessee.  After the death of Pleasant, Catharine married Sanford INGRAM, a widower.

Last Will and Testament of Catharine Ingram

I Catherine Ingram of the County of Loudon and State of Tennessee do make and publish this my Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. First- I direct that my body be decently Interred at Cave Creek in Roane County in a manner suitable to my condition in life and as to such worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with. I despose of the same as follows.  First- I give to my daughter _______ one hundred dollars of the proceeds of  my land and also my Second Daughter Polly Ann one hundred dollars, and I give to my son Hardin one hundred. Also I give to my Son George M. Littleton one hundred dollars. I also give to my Son's Hardin and George M. Littleton to have the land they use in making their Stove Wear, and further I appoint my Son George M. Littleton, my lawful Executor to my Will. I also want my Sons Hardin and George to pay the Girls one hundred dollars apiece and take my farm.In witness whereof.

I Catherine Ingram the Said Testatrix have set my hand and seal this 22nd day of December Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Six.

…3  William Riley LITTLETON was born about 1829 in Roane County, Tennessee.  He married Rachael Frances A. CORMANY on 9 August 1857 in Roane County.  Rachael was born about 1842 in Mt. Airy, Wythe County, Virginia.  She was the daughter of David CORMANY and Rachel SHERRER.

…… 4 Joseph Thomas LITTLETON was born 18 June 1867 in Texas. He died 21 January 1934 in Dickson County, Tennessee and was buried Unioin Cemetery, Dickson County, Tennessee  He married Sarah Catherine STEVENS 22 March 1892 in Humphreys County, Tennessee.  She  was born 29 January 1875 in Benton, Ohio. She died 29 June 1940 in Davidson County, Tennessee and was buried at Unioin Cemetery, Dickson County, Tennessee.

……… 5 Lula Mae LITTLETON was born 22 April 1894 in Humphreys County, Tennessee.  She died 2 June 1944 in Dickson County, Tennessee.  She married Richard R. RAINEY on 22 March 1912.  He was born 21 November 1890 in Williamson County, Tennessee.  He died 15 June 1970 in Lake City, Columbia County, Florida and is buried at Restlawn Cemetery, Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida.

They had ten known children.

MCELHINEY on 11 January 1925.  She was born about 1896 and died about 1978. 

He had three known children with Emma and three known children with Millie.

INGRAM.  She died 15 September 1872 in  Roane County and was buried in Cave Creek Cemetery.  James married (2) Sophia Catharine BOWERS on 22 November 1874 in Roane County.  Sophia was born about 1858 in Tennessee.

She was born May 1855 in Tennessee to Thomas TAYLOR and Sarah UNKNOWN.   After George’s death Eliza married Wiley K. Polk MILLER about 1884.  Wiley K. Polk MILLER was previous married to Elizabeth ROBERTS. Elizabeth was born about 1836 to David ROBERTS and Martha A. BAILEY.  She died about 1874. She had married (1) Sampson MONGER 20 January 1852.
