There once was a Mermaid
That lived in the Sea
She happened one day
To sneek a peek at me!
I Hid in the Bushes nearly every Day
To see if She'd again swim my way.
She saw me once and
Let out a Squeal!
She splashed in the water
And Flipped up her tail!
I soon visited Her every day
Where we Frolicked and Played!
And then I grew up and Moved Away
And still Dream of my Friend in the Bay
