Where do I find you?
Where did you go?
It seems so long
Since I felt your touch.
or your gentle words
of encouragement
You taught me
and guided me
through my young years
God must have known
that you did your job
and that you were tired
as he took you up to him.
Did you know that I think of you
Do you know that I miss you
and even tho, you made many of mistakes
They couldn't have been to bad
as I am doing ok.
I have my ups and many a downs
but plugging along
just as you would have done.
Well Mom,
Just wanted to say
Happy Mother's day!!
We will meet again
I know in my heart
