An 11 floor post modern art deco office building and two floor retail courtyard. The facade of the courtyard is a 1935 deco hotel, all the insides were demolished and an underground parkade put in underneath with the courtyard on top. The bloated tower rises to the cities height limit, then higher still with a skeletal spire on top. This is the largest office building in Victoria designed by a local architect.
